Browsing the public site does not require an account. If you subscribe to the free digest, we process your email address. Do not submit client names, deeds, KYC records, SOS information or other data from live matters. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Free-digest emails may be managed through Buttondown. Buttondown receives the email address and subscription information needed to deliver messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in each message.

If you accept the analytics banner, we enable Vercel Analytics to see which pages help visitors. It reports aggregated page views and does not use cookies or track visitors across sites. If you decline, no analytics run at all.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key amlmap-analytics-consent), along with your light/dark theme preference. Clearing site data resets both.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect the platform — see the Vercel privacy policy. We do not receive or store this data ourselves.

Pages link to official sources (AMLA, the EBA, EUR-Lex, the European Commission). Those sites have their own privacy practices — this policy stops at the click. No third-party ad scripts are loaded.

Free subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control by emailing us. Legal duties may limit deletion where retention is required.
