You use an AI system under your authority in a professional context — whether you built it or bought it from a provider.
You place on the Union market an AI system bearing the name or trademark of a natural or legal person established outside the EU.
You make an AI system available on the Union market in the course of a commercial activity, without being the provider or importer.
You place on the market or put into service an AI system together with your product under your name or trademark — where the AI is a safety component or the product is itself a high-risk AI system under Annex I.
You are appointed in writing by a non-EU provider to perform specified tasks on their behalf to comply with the AI Act.
You place a general-purpose AI model on the Union market — an AI model trained with large-scale self-supervision capable of performing a wide range of distinct tasks.
